Hello, I’m Cynthia, a registered nurse with a Master's degree in Community & Public Health Nursing from the American University of Beirut (AUB). I started my career working at AUBMC's Labor & Delivery Suite Unit, where I discovered my true passion for pregnancy, labor, and birth education and coaching. Determined to help expectant couples be prepared for labor, birth, and the postpartum phase, I decided to equip myself with as many certifications as possible to empower them and enable them to make the most out of this extraordinary experience. Today, I am proud to be a certified Pregnancy Transformative Coach, Breastfeeding Specialist, and doula. My current responsibilities include:
- Preparing couples for their parenthood adventure, from the moment they know they’re pregnant till the day they give birth and have to take care of their newborn
- Offering them prenatal classes (preparation for labor and birth, breastfeeding, and the postpartum journey)
- Attending birth as their doula
- Providing them with the support they need once they’re back home
- Working as a consultant with different hospitals and physicians to help them in providing prenatal education services to their patients
- Working as a part time clinical instructor at AUB, accompanying nursing students at AUBMC's Delivery Suite Unit.

I sent my son yesterday with his dad to kids airline pediatric clinic.. i was so worried since I couldn’t be wz him. I asked my husband to film him all the time and i was amazed!! My son couldn’t stop laughing, Dr Jad and the team are the best.. they actually spent more time playing with him then examining him! He didn’t want to leave! Love the team and the spirit!
